DR. CHRIS BRAY

Dr. Chris Bray-1Dr. Bray is founder and CEO of the Adaption Institute. A cognitive behavioral researcher, Dr. Bray specializes in change, human performance and potential, and their impact on organizations and individuals.

Dr. Bray brings a wealth of knowledge from his 14 years in corporate America combined with over 15 years of academic research, teaching, and consulting. He bridges the gap between science, research, and organizational performance and is known for his ability to take complex research and make it applicable to clients. ​

Dr. Bray has a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Learning, a second Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in the Cognitive Sciences (ABD), and an MBA. Dr. Bray’s first book “Best Job Ever” was a USA Today Best Seller and his second book is scheduled to be released Fall of 2022.

 

SILVIA LI, PRESIDENT

Silvia Li, President of EnableUSilvia brings over 15 years of experience in developing high-performing B2B sales strategy, processes, and teams. Using brain-based sciences to align seller and buyer behaviors for optimal outcomes, Silvia led her global consulting clients to achieve significant outcomes, including selling into 80% of Illinois-based Fortune 500 companies and 60% of Canada’s largest employers.

Additionally, a Sandler Selling System® certified trainer and Miller Heiman alum, Silvia actively promotes the science of learning and research-backed methodologies to elevate the credibility of sales professionals and lift the overall discipline to world-class standards. An alumna of The Johns Hopkins University, Silvia is a contributor of content on leadership development, sales strategy, diversity, and business growth mindset.  She is currently working on her first illustrated book aimed at teaching children and adults about embracing differences through humor.
